Our clients had traveled widely and wanted their home to hold those years without turning into a display case. The brief was a feeling: worldly, but calm.
Modern chinoiserie became the through line. Hand-painted pattern is used where it can breathe, balanced by quiet upholstery, warm neutrals, and generous negative space. Every layer earns its place, so the room reads as a life gathered over time rather than a look installed in a week.
